Emmerdale Spoilers: Jacob and Leanna Reconnect, While Cain Rages During Dingle Family Christmas Get-Together

Emmerdale spoilers for the week of December 16 reveal a lot of interesting events will take place. For one, Jacob Gallagher (Joe-Warren Plant) and Leanna Cavanagh (Mimi Slinger) will reconnect. Also, Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) will go into a rage when Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) appears at the family Christmas get-together.

As fans saw last week, Jacob’s issues are resurfacing and even becoming worse. Just like he was used and abused, he turned that around and did it to someone else. It is a common response from trauma and abuse survivors.

Even though Leanna was deeply hurt by Jacob’s words, we did see a positive come out of the situation. After being told he had to move out, the tough love worked and prompted him to seek professional help.

Emmerdale Spoilers – Reconnecting with Leanna Cavanagh

Next week, viewers can see a positive outcome beginning to emerge after the whole situation exploded. Jacob will reconnect with Leanna. Even though she didn’t want anything to do with him following his verbal assault on her, she is willing to talk to him.

A sneak peek photo shows the two of them sitting together. Leanna appears to be listening intently to what Jacob is saying. Could he explain why he treated her the way he did and will she understand?

Emmerdale Spoilers – Cain Dingle Rages

Emmerdale spoilers indicate that Cain is not a happy camper. He still has a lot of fury over his recently revealed son, Nate. He keeps running into the newcomer, who insists on causing problems everywhere he goes.

Even dropping off a gift for Cain and Moira Dingle’s (Natalie J. Robb) son ended badly. His timing couldn’t have been worse as Cain was driving by and spotted Nate and Moira talking. Of course, he doesn’t realize that Moira was trying to get Nate to leave and it resulted in him switching the party to his house without even telling Moira. Viewers can’t really blame Cain since he was the one being lied to and cheated on. At the same time, keeping Moira from her son will end up causing pain for the child, who is innocent in all this.
