Aaron Carter – Dies At 34: Brother Nick Carter Pours Out Grief!

Nick Carter couldn’t hold back his heartbreak after learning that his brother Aaron had died. And as he reflected on his complicated relationship with his 34-year-old sibling, Nick turned to Twitter to express his sorrow. But in the process, Nick received heartfelt condolences about the much-too-soon passing of Aaron. 

And Nick began simply but sincerely, telling Twitter, “My heart is broken. Even though my brother and I have had a complicated relationship, my love for him has never ever faded. I have always held on to the hope that he would somehow, someday want to walk a healthy path.” And Carter admitted his prayer that never got fulfilled. He had hoped that Aaron would “eventually find the help that he so desperately needed.”

But Nick also pointed blame at the real culprit. And Carter added, “Sometimes we want to blame someone or something for a loss. But the truth is that addiction and mental illness are the real villains here. I will miss my brother more than anyone will ever know,” added Nick. And he finished with a sweet sentiment, “I love you baby brother.”

Aaron Carter’s – Sister Angel Conrad Shares Grief

In addition to Nick, Aaron’s sister Angel Conrad expressed her own feelings. And on Instagram, Angel Conrad mourned the loss. Sharing her love, Angel added, “You will be missed dearly. My funny, sweet Aaron, I have so many memories of you and I, and I promise to cherish them.”

Aaron’s other sister, Leslie Carter, died at age 25 in 2012. She passed away after a drug overdose. But a few years later, Nick and Angel filed a restraining order against Aaron. Granted two months later, the restraining order showed Nick’s allegations against his brother, reported Page Six.

And the 42-year-old Backstreet Boys star alleged that Aaron admitted to “harboring intentions” to kill Nick’s wife, who was pregnant at the time. As a result, Nick shared his decision with his sister Angel. “After careful consideration, my sister Angel and I regret that we were required to seek a restraining order against our brother Aaron today.”

Because of what the Backstreet Boys member called Aaron’s “increasingly alarming behavior,” Nick felt he faced only one choice. And so he and Angel agreed “to take every measure possible to protect ourselves and our family.” However, Nick added that both he and his sister loved their brother. And they expressed their hope that he receive treatment before he harmed himself or anyone else.
