Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria Baldwin have considered starring in a new reality TV show. And if they do, it would include their seven children.

Alec Baldwin Talks Reality TV

Hilaria Baldwin and hubby Alec Baldwin have begun evaluating the potential for a reality TV show. And if the celebrity couple agrees to do so, they plan to feature their seven children, according to Pop Culture.

Alec, 65, chatted with talk show host Kelly Ripa in a sneak peek of Wednesday’s new episode of SiriusXM’s Let’s Talk Off Camera podcast.

And amid their conversation, the actor shared how he and his wife have looked through reality TV show pitches. However, Alec does want to stay near his home in New York.

And the actor admitted that he feels willing to consider moving from movies and scripted TV shows to reality TV. Because of the seven kids he shares with Hilaria, Alec feels reality TV could offer a realistic way to work while staying near home. The couple co-parents Carmen, 10, Rafael, 8, Leonardo, 7, Romeo, 5, Eduardo, 3, Lucia, 2, and Ilaria, 1.

However, Alec also fathered 28-year-old Ireland Baldwin with ex Kim Basinger. And he shared that at this point in his life, “everything’s about my family. I have really tried in the last several years, once we had five and then six, and then seven kids. I can’t go anywhere for any length of time,” added the actor.

Alec Baldwin Needs A Dozen Plane Tickets To Travel

However, Alec also recalled the “old days” before all those children. And the 30 Rock star remembered his ability to “pick up and go.” However, now Alec requires about a dozen plane tickets for his children, their nannies, and his wife. And he confessed, “They don’t even have 11 seats in the business class section of the plane.”

But Alec also pointed out that his job opportunities have become limited. “Jobs I take, jobs I don’t take. Somebody said, a famous TV producer who I won’t name, said to me, ‘Come do a series with me in Vancouver.’ And I was like, ‘I’m not going to Vancouver for five months. That’s not happening’,” noted Alec.

But overall, the actor shared that he and Hilaria have prioritized family. As a result, “everything we did and then shows we have considered and pitches we’ve heard, and even one or two pitches we’ve made about our family and that reality show has all been so we could stay home and just work from home. I’m desperate to try to work from New York,” admitted Alec.

However, the actor also has faced legal concerns linked to the fatal on-set shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins amid filming the Western movie Rust in 2021. And special prosecutors in the case recently shared plans to recharge Alec. They claimed that “additional facts” have come to light in the shooting.
