Amid Amy Robach’s and T.J. Holmes’ affair shocker, Andrew Shue faces a major change in his life. And the Melrose Place actor now looks ahead to a life without Amy. Robach’s divorce from Shue has almost become finalized, insiders told Page Six.
However, one source claimed that the affair alone didn’t end the marriage. And that insider described Amy’s and Andrew’s marriage as “rocky.” But the claims about marriage trouble come amid new details of Robach’s affair with Holmes. And another insider shared that the two Good Morning America anchors feel “happily in a relationship” with each other.
A friend of the couple spilled a status update on Robach’s marriage. “Amy and Andrew are divorcing, it’s almost finalized. He moved out earlier this summer. They’ve constantly had problems over the years,” claimed the pal. “And they finally broke up.”

However, Holmes also has ended his marriage to his own spouse. And another insider shared, “They’re in a relationship, they’re very happy. They are both broken up from their spouses.” As for those who criticize the affair? “And they’re two consenting adults. They have the right to do what they want,” added the source.
Robach, 49, and Shue, 55, wed in 2010. The wedding took place two years after Amy divorced Tim McIntosh, who fathered her daughters. But an insider responded to questions about other romantic flings during Robach’s marriage to Sue. And the source admitted, “It wouldn’t surprise me. She and Andrew had their rocky moments — they almost broke up a few times over the years. But it’s not like Amy is some serial philanderer.”
Robach and Holmes began their affair during March. The two had started training together for the New York City Half Marathon in March. Holmes, 45, split from his wife Marilee Fiebig in August. However, insiders say that they observed the GMA co-anchors canoodling in bars around Manhattan for months. But despite the sightings, the sources also described Amy and T.J. as going to elaborate lengths to cover up their affair.
