Andy Cohen’s Wild Night Challenging “Live With Kelly And Ryan” Host Live On Air

Andy Cohen was basically out of control at CNN’s New Year’s Eve show, which he co-hosted with Anderson Cooper. At the live event, the broadcaster issued a challenge at Ryan Seacrest as he interviewed Jack Black, 53, and Kyle Glass, 62.

Previously, before this whole drama took place, fans had previously accused Ryan Seacrest as the reason Andy and Anderson Cooper are no longer allowed to drink alcohol during the broadcast.

But things took a turn during the CNN live broadcast this New Year featuring Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper.

The members of Tenacious D, including Jack Black and Kyle Glass, dressed in full tuxedos and top hats, joined Andy Cohen, 54, and co-host Anderson Cooper, 55, to promote their upcoming show in Las Vegas.

After the two hosts praised Jack and Kyle’s dapper attires, Jack jokingly responded: “We don’t dress up like this every day, this is just for you.”

The star then added: “You gotta pull out all the stops for New Year’s.”

Anderson then asked: “What’s it like performing in Vegas on New Year’s Eve? What’s an audience there like on New Year’s Eve versus other nights?”

Jack responded: “Well first and foremost they’re going to be drunk.”

The “Jumanji” star then went on to add – riling Cohen up – that “They’re going to be drunk as a skunky monkey so I guess that guy won’t be there.”

Jack, tapping his bandmate, jokingly asked, “Who’s that guy from the rivalry?”

Before Kyle could respond, Jack went on to name Ryan Seacrest of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve host as Andy’s rival.

Still too shocked to respond, Andy watched on as the “Shallow Hal” actor said: “Is this true what I hear, that there’s like beef going down between Cohen and Seacrest?”

Jack then added: “Dude everyone’s talking about the beef.”

Anderson decided to chime in at this point and confirmed that he’s heard of the beef as well.

Jack then goaded: “You guys got a rivalry going,” as Kyle quipped, “I got my money on Andy.”

Andy then angrily declared that he and Ryan Seacrest will be “settling it tonight, at midnight on the main stage.”

Before the segment was over, Jack and Kyle let it be known that they’re team Andy Cohen all the way.

Amazed fans then took to Twitter to share their disbelief about Andy Cohen challenging Ryan Seacrest to a brawl on live TV.

One fan tweeted: “I can’t believe I just witnessed Andy Cohen tell Jack Black that he’s gonna beat up Ryan Seacrest.”
