Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt news reveals that the couple’s oldest child has testified in the couple’s hotly contested divorce case and custody battle in Los Angeles.
Their 19-year-old son Maddox testified against Pitt, allegedly offering an unflattering opinion about his A-list actor dad.
An insider told Us Weekly that the college student, “had already given testimony as [an] adult in the ongoing custody dispute,” adding that Maddox’s account was not helpful to Pitt’s side.
The insider also dished that Maddox wants to legally remove “Pitt” from his name, something his mom, “doesn’t support.”

The insider said, “He doesn’t use Pitt as his last name on documents that aren’t legal and instead uses Jolie.”
Documents obtained by The Blast allegedly show that the Girl Interrupted actress has stated that she is willing to offer, “proof and authority,” in support of reported domestic violence that occurred during her two year marriage to Pitt. The couple were together for several years prior to their marriage.
It has been reported that an alleged altercation between Maddox and Brad on a plane in 2016 was the end of the road for Jolie, who is now is willing to, “provide proof of domestic abuse,” in the ongoing and contentious divorce trial.

Soon after the couple filed for divorce in 2016, it was reported that Brad was being investigated by the FBI and social services in LA due to reports he got, “verbally abusive and physical with his children,” on a private jet yet; he was cleared in the case.
The couple share six children together: Maddox, Zahara, 16, Pax, 17, Shiloh, 14, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 12. The trial is being held to determine custody and financial arrangements and it is being reported that in addition to Maddox, the youngest children could also give testimony.

After the 2016 incident, Brad was cleared of abuse allegations by the LA County Department Of Children And Family Services, and it was decided he had not committed child abuse when he and Maddox had an altercation.
As well as detailing her domestic abuse claims, the documents reveal that the court is seeking permission from the couple for Shiloh, Knox, and Vivienne to testify.
