Angelina Jolie Claims She Has ‘Proof’ Of Domestic Violence She Can Use Against Brad Pitt

Angelina Jolie news reveals that the actress claims to have evidence of past domestic violence and is ready to use it in her divorce trial against ex Brad Pitt.

Documents obtained by The Blast allegedly reveal that Jolie has stated she has and is willing to show “proof and authority” to support allegations of domestic violence that occurred during her two-year marriage to the film star.

The couple share six kids together: Maddox, 19, Zahara, 16, Pax, 17, Shiloh, 14, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 12. They have been working on custody and financial arrangements in the trial and some of the children can testify with permission. Court documents show that the court is seeking permission from the couple for Shiloh, Knox, and Vivienne to testify.

The couple filed for divorce in 2016 and soon after it was revealed that Brad was being investigated by the FBI and social services in LA after he reportedly became, “’verbally abusive and physical with his children,” on a private jet; he was cleared.

Now a source tells MailOnline of Jolie, “She has made similar allegations in the past which were investigated by the authorities and not substantiated.”

Angelina Jolie News – She Has Alleged Inappropriate Behavior On Brad’s Part

Brad was cleared of abuse allegations by the LA County Department Of Children And Family Services after the 2016 incident. It was confirmed that he did not commit child abuse when he got into an altercation with Maddox.

Last October the contentious and lengthy divorce proceedings hit a snag after the actress’s attorney Priya Sopori left her team. She is an LA-based former federal prosecutor who was working with Jolie’s lead lawyer, Samantha DeJean. DailyMail.com reported that she left after filing a Notice of Withdrawal of Attorney of Record with LA Superior Court.

Jolie is contesting Pitt’s efforts to share joint 50/50 custody of their children and it was not clear if Sopori quit or was fired.

An inside source told DailyMail.com, “Angelina has fought tooth and nail to get what she wants in this divorce, when it comes to her kids she won’t back down…She’s paying her legal team a fortune, so if she believes one of her lawyers needs to go she won’t hesitate to pull the trigger.”

During the five year divorce saga LA divorce attorney Laura Wasser stopped working for Jolie in 2018 when the case reportedly became too, “venomous and nasty.”
