Apple Martin Says Gwyneth Paltrow Suffered “Pain” And “Shock”

In case you’ve been living under a rock and have no idea about what I’m saying, “Iron Man” actress Gwyneth Paltrow is being sued for $300,000 – formerly $3.1 million – as a result of a 2016 ski accident that occurred during a family vacation in Utah.

Retired optometrist, Terry Sanderson, is suing Paltrow for skiing into him, injuring him, and leaving without offering any kind of help. If you’re thinking he took his pretty time to sue for damages, we’re on the same page.

Apple Martin – Testifies On Behalf Of Her Mother As Ski Accident Court Case Hits Up

On March, 28, Paltrow’s 18-year-old daughter took the stand to recount her knowledge of what went down during the holiday ski trip.

Acknowledging that she wasn’t at the scene when the accident happened, she said, “I did hear some commotion, but I was further down, so I decided to continue to go down to the lodge.”

“My mom told me. She was very— she told us what happened… I noticed she looked a bit shocked, and I asked what had happened, and she said, ‘This A-hole ran into me. He ran right into my back,” Apple continued in her deposition. “And I remember she did this motion saying he ran into her back and they both went down. I remember that’s what she said. She was in a state of shock. She decided after that she was not going to ski for the rest of the day, which she never does; she always stays on. But she decided to get off because she was in shock and she was in a bit of pain.”

She went on to note that she hadn’t ever seen her mom so shaken up like she was on that day. “She was very clearly visibly upset, and she had some pain,” she recalled.

Gwyneth Paltrow’s – Son Moses Martin Says His Skiing Instructor Calmed Everyone Down

Apple and Moses Martin’s testimonies comes four days after their mother took to the stand to provide evidence for the trip trial, which was brought on by Terry Sanderson.

Moses, in his disposition, recalled “skiing with my instructor and briefly seeing the collision. Then he skied over, and I followed him. And I saw my mother and a person behind her who had crashed.”

“I realized the equipment that she was wearing because I know what she wears when she skis and then I realized that it was my mom. So I was standing around and I realized that it was my mother,” he said, adding, that he heard his mother shouting at the guy for crashing into her.

He said his instructor, Eric Christiansen, was “not angry” or “yelling” during the commotion. “I remember him addressing the situation very calmly,” Moses said. “He tried to find out what was going on and how he could help people… He tried to get everyone out of the situation safely.”
