Ariana Grande Dates Married ‘Wicked’ Co-Star Ethan Slater, ‘Blindsides’ His Wife!

Ariana Grande recently split from her husband Dalton Gomez. But the singer allegedly didn’t take long before moving on. And now Ariana faces accusations of dating her married co-star in “Wicked,” Ethan Slater and ruining his marriage.

Ethan Slater and Ariana Grande began working together on the film “Wicked.” But their relationship as co-stars expanded to a romance. And Ethan, who is married, left his wife Lilly Jay “completely blindsided” by starting a romance with Ariana, insiders told Page Six.

Lilly has become distraught over the relationship, revealed sources. And one insider called it “horrible.” Ethan and and his wife even dated as “high school sweethearts. They have a baby! She’s a wreck,” shared the source.

Slater and Jay tied the knot in 2018. And they even celebrated their 10-year anniversary as a couple recently. But he and Grande reportedly became closer as they worked on filming “Wicked” in London for the past 12 months. As a result, insiders blame Ariana for Slater and his wife suddenly breaking up “when nothing appeared wrong between them,” said the source. 

Ethan Slater Gushed Over Wife Before Dating Ariana Grande

However, on Mother’s Day, Slater had gushed about Lilly on Instagram. And he wrote, “Happy first Mother’s Day to the most loving caring and wonderful mom/person in the world.” Ethan even posted a photo of their son’s hands with his loving note to his wife. 

Ethan Slater’s wife was “completely blindsided” by his relationship with Ariana Grande, according to Page Six.

A source tells the publication that the pair suddenly broke up “when nothing appeared wrong between them.”

During production on “Wicked,” Lilly even took her baby with Slater to the set. And Ariana reportedly spent time with Ethan and his wife together. Since news broke about Grande and Slater’s romance, he made his social media account private.

As for Grande’s real estate agent husband Dalton Gomez, the two remained married for only two years before splitting.  However, insiders shared that Ariana and Dalton “came to the decision together.” And the two began experiencing problems last year, according to the sources. However, they “want to remain best friends,” shared one insider.

Meanwhile, social media has slammed Ariana’s relationship with Ethan. For instance, one critic wrote, “Same old song and dance: This scenario is old as time. Actors should not pledge fidelity in marriage. Inevitably they fall for other actors when thrown together for long periods of time when filming.” And another described Grande and Slater as “sleazebags and narcissists who have ‘relations’ with everyone they can get attention from because it makes them feel good- for a minute.”

But some predicted that the romance won’t last long. And one commentator shared, “Sad part is, he won’t be around long either. He ruined his family for what will likely only be a fling with someone who has serious commitment issues.” Another noted, “Yeah, it’ll be interesting to see how long the pop star sticks around when he has to start paying support, insurance, schooling, and what ever else the kid’s going to need. Or how long she’ll stick around when the courts start calling on him for failure to meet his obligations.”
