Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Unrecognizable New Look Shocks Fans

Arnold Schwarzenegger spent much of his life as a relentless bodybuilder, having won the coveted Mr. Universe award at the age of 20.

From there, he got one of the most fantastic careers anyone can boast of, from starring in blockbusters like ‘Terminator’ to actually becoming the governor of California.

In short, Schwarzenegger’s life has been one for the history books, but the one constant we can rely on is that he has become so famous that we can tell him apart from the crowd at one glance. However, his latest pictures have got fans doing a double take. It’s a shocking transformation, to say the least.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Transforms Look To Film New Project

Some of us may recognize Schwarzenegger as that desperate dad in 1996’s famous Christmas movie, ‘Jingle All the Way,’ who is hellbent on getting his son a beloved toy. The thing is, while Schwarzenegger has starred in a festive movie, he is yet to become the main man onscreen.

Who am I talking about? Oh, just the jolly fatman who’s been brought to live onscreen by actors such as Ben Affleck, Tim Allen, Billy Bob Thornton and Kurt Russell. (P.s in a matter of time, we will be seeing Dwayne “the rock” Johnson step into the big man’s shoes, but that’s a story for another day).

If you think you can always identify the 77-year-old Austrian actor no matter what crowd he is in, well, you might want to think again. His features were much changed as he got into character with a full white beard, face prosthetics and a baggy Christmas sweater.

He spotted a white crewneck with pictures of a red pickup truck carrying a Christmas tree on it and brown corduroy pants.

Schwarzenegger shared a pic of himself in his Santa get-up on Instagram, writing, “It is fantastic to be shooting The Man with the Bag with [Alan Ritchson].

Our director [Adam Shankman] is one of the funniest directors I’ve worked with, New York City is an amazing host, working with [Amazon MGM Studios] is a joy, and I can’t wait to share all of this Christmas cheer with each and every one of you.” It is safe to say that fans cannot believe their eyes.

What Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Christmas Film Is All About

News of Schwarzenegger playing Santa onscreen in an upcoming Christmas drama first broke in March.

At the time, it was revealed that Adam Shankman will be directing the Amazon MGM Studios film from a script by Allan Rice.

The plotline for the project, titled ‘The Man With the Bag,‘ reads: “When Santa’s magic bag is stolen, he turns to his naughty list to find Vance, a former thief, to help him get it back.

Along with his daughter, Santa, and a group of misfit elves, Vance will have to pull off the greatest heist of his life to save Christmas.”

This will be Schwarzenegger’s first film since 2019’s ‘Terminator: Dark Fate,’ and while he did film ‘Kung Fury 2’ that same year, the film is yet to be released due to legal issues.
