Ben Affleck Puts His Pacific Palisades Mansion On the Market Following Marriage To Jennifer Lopez

No more bachelor pad for Ben Affleck. He’s now a full-on family man. The luxurious home, which he listed sometime in August, is equipped with a walk-in wine cellar, theater room, spa-like bathroom and more.

Ben Affleck – Lists Home Located Near Riviera Country Club For $30 Million

Ben Affleck is moving on from his beautiful Pacific Palisades mansion that’s located near posh Riviera Country Club. This is coming after the “Justice League” actor married Jennifer Lopez and they both looked into buying a brand new home together.

Listed for $30 million, the 13,500-square-foot property features seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms and has a clear view of the surrounding mountains.

The current listing of the house is held by the Agency’s Santiago Arana and Zac Mostame.

Affleck originally purchased the property for $19 million in 2018 shortly after his divorce from Jennifer Garner in order to be close to her residence and their three kids.

The front entrance to the white brick mansion features a column-framed entryway that opens onto a foyer with a grand staircase.

The home itself features luxurious features including marble countertops installed throughout the kitchen, a butler’s pantry, a walk-in wine cellar, movie theater room, spa-like bathroom, and a recreation room that boasts of a full bar. The dining room also features a huge chandelier.

The home is further improved with the glass walls that blend the home’s interiors with the backyard patio, both of which contains large fireplaces.

The home’s fine features did not end there, as the outside pool comes with a hot tub and slide, along with a guest house with a kitchenette and bathroom, and large, lush, manicured lawns.

In 2020, a source speaking to The Sun about Affleck’s relationship with Ana de Armas, who was considering moving into the house at the time, said of the property: “This house has become Ben’s sanctuary, and it’s been the ideal place for him to make a totally fresh start. The kids spend a ton of time there and Ben has decked it out to incorporate his clean lifestyle plus offer them features to make it lots of fun when they come over.”

The added features include a play set, large trampoline, ping-pong table, and the aforementioned pool featuring a waterslide, all situated on half an acre of land one mile from Garner’s Brentwood home. This makes commuting easier for the kids.

Since Affleck and Lopez are now looking for a large property that’ll accomodate their blended family, Affleck has finally decided to let go of his home of four years.

Affleck’s children with Garner include 16-year-old Violet, 13-year-old Seraphina, and 10-year-old Samuel. Lopez shares 14-year-old twins Emme and Maximilan Muñiz with Max Anthony.
