Bethenny Frankel Calls Johnny Depp A ‘Hero’ Amid Amber Heard Trial: Here’s Why!

Bethenny Frankel just joined all the other celebrities voicing their views on the trial showcasing Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. And the famously outspoken “Real Housewives Of New York City” (RHONY) star didn’t hesitate to opine on both Johnny and Amber. However, in contrast to the celebs who took a definite side in the courtroom battle, Bethenny found something negative to say about Depp as well as Heard. But Johnny came out on top in Frankel’s views.

Amber Heard and Johnny Depp’s trial has attracted their fans, fascinated legal experts, and gotten assorted celebs to sound off. And now Bethenny Frankel has used her podcast to let the world know her views. So is the RHONY alum joining Team Amber Or Team Johnny? She cast a vote for Depp’s team.

And Frankel didn’t just cheer for the actor. During her “Just B With Bethenny Frankel” podcast, the reality TV star explained her reasoning, per Page Six. As a result of what Bethenny heard in the defamation trial, Amber wins as “the craziest woman that’s walked this planet.” But she also explained how that makes Johnny a hero.

“Johnny Depp looks like a hero only in a relationship with Amber Heard,” said Frankel. And she mocked those fans who believe the actor truly ranks as a hero. Because Depp survived a relationship with the “craziest woman that’s walked this planet,” Johnny doesn’t just seem heroic. As a result of his survival skills, the actor will “f–king [be] anointed Gandhi and the pope,” joked the RHONY alum.

But Frankel took her over-the-top analysis of the trial further.  And she insisted that Johnny will become royalty as a result of the trial details. “I’m sure Queen Elizabeth is calling him being like, ‘Come here. I wanna give you a knighthood because you’re now the hero in this crazy villain story.’ It doesn’t make any sense. Johnny Depp plus anyone besides Amber Heard is a raving, [MDMA], cocaine, s–t-in-bed-tolerating man,” added Bethenny.

However, when she compared Amber and Johnny, Frankel noticed the difference. “But here, he looks …[like] a hero,” summed up Frankel. “Because Amber Heard is who he’s being compared to.” As for predictions about the future? Frankel finished up with a flourish. And she yelled, “Put me next to Shrek! I’ll be co-hosting the Met [Gala] next year with Anna Wintour!”

Thus far, the court battle between Depp and Heard has produced wins for both sides. But both have struggled to convince listeners that either seems like the instant ultimate victor. For instance, Depp claimed that Heard once pooped on his bed. And Amber alleged that Johnny hit her. However, the actor and actress have gone to great lengths to discount each other’s allegations.
