Beverly Hills 90210 Fans Pay Tribute To Joe E. Tata

Beverly Hills 90210 fans heard the news that  Joe E. Tata passed away and it brings yet another touch of sadness to 2022. Best known for his role as Nat, the owner of Peach Pit, fans really liked him. The prime-time television drama on Fox ran for a decade and lots of grandparents remember him. 

Beverly Hills 90210 – Joe E. Tata Had Alzheimer’s

At the age of 86, Joe’s death wasn’t unexpected. And, the fact that he suffered from Alzheimer’s makes his passing feel merciful. Still, his talent is a loss to people who saw him in his varied career. If you don’t know, he also appeared in other shows and movies like Batman and The Time Tunnel. – (IMDB.) For people who grow up watching shows and movies, the old-timers who migrate over the rainbow bridge almost feel like the loss of a friend. 

The Beverly Hills 90210 actor isn’t the only famous face that passed away over the last year. People like Anne Heche and James Michael Tyler also died. So did Naomi Judd and Olivia Newton-John. Each one of them received tribute from colleagues and fans. Likewise, so did Joe E. Tata and interestingly, the tributes came from a wide range of viewers. 

Beverly Hills 90210 Fans Mourn Joe’s Passing

TMZ reported that colleagues of Joe E. Tata remembered him as a kind person. Citing his castmate Ian Ziering, the outlet wrote, “Joey was truly an OG, I remember seeing him on the Rockford files with James Garner years before we worked together on 90210.” He added, “He was…One of the happiest people I’ve ever worked with.”  

Fans of Beverly Hills 90210 were also keen to pay tribute. So, when People Magazine shared the news on Instagram, folks took the opportunity to remember him. One of them noted that their “grandma called” to share the sad news. 

Another fan wrote, “Nooooooooo!!!😢” And, that seemed sufficient as it seems almost everyone loved him. 

One sad fan penned, “Sad disease wish they would find a cure 😢.” 

Many comments like this one arrived: “Sending continuous thoughts and prayers to the BH 90210 community and family. 😢🙏🏽💜” And of course, plenty of people hope that Joe rests in peace. 

Is There Hope For 

Beverly Hills 90210 Joe E. Tata certainly won’t be the last person to pass after suffering from the debilitating disease. Still relatively complex in the medical field, there are treatments that can help for a bit. But, “Alzheimer’s causes chronic, low-level brain cell inflammation.”– (Mayo Clinic). And that’s just one complication. Associated with hormones, blood pressure, and other possible contributing causes, it’s not clear why some people get the illness and others don’t.
