Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie seemed to be on track toward an amicable divorce agreement earlier in the year but that outlook took a nosedive.

A source told the magazine, “They can spend the night with him on Christmas Eve.” The source added that the celeb couple previously talked about spending the holidays together as one big happy family but that was when they were, “getting along.”
According to the source the convivial plans have been shelved because, “egos have once again derailed,” the plan that the entire family would spend time together. Instead, Pitt is reported to be seeing at least three of his kids.

The magazine quoted the source as saying that, “Brad and Angelina are equally responsible for the never-ending drama. Sadly, their children are collateral damage.”
Jolie filed for divorce in September 2016 and since that time the couple have made headlines for their legal maneuvers.
They have been legally separated for almost two years but have not yet decided on a permanent custody agreement for their children; of their six kids, five are minors.

Brad and Angelina are also the parents of Zahara, 15, Pax, 16, and Maddox, 19. While an agreement has been forged for Brad and some of his children to enjoy the holiday season, the source maintained that the relationship between Brad and Angelina is conflictual, noting that Jolie is “frustrated” with the lack of agreement.

The chatty source added that Jolie is having a time of it while the coronavirus pandemic lingers on necessitating that she be locked down in Los Angeles.
Apparently the Maleficent star, “has wanted to do humanitarian work beyond the United States but needs permission from Brad to take the kids out of the county.” It has also been reported that Jolie wishes to raise the children abroad, an idea Brad has opposed.
