Brad Pitt Captured By Cameras In Wheelchair – Is Angelina Jolie’s Ex Sick?
Oh, those sneaky paparazzi! Cameras managed to snap photos of Brad Pitt in a wheelchair exiting a medical center, and speculation immediately soared. (See Pics HERE!)
However, fans who are worried about the handsome actor can relax, sources told Page Six. Brad was sitting in a wheelchair because of liability reasons, explained the insiders.
Spotted at a medical center in Beverly Hills, Pitt had undergone removal of his wisdom teeth, according to the sources. And although one insisted that it was “nothing” but “dentist work,” getting your wisdom teeth removed when you’re over 50 can be a serious procedure.
For the 57-year-old actor, potential complications could include a higher risk of problems after surgery such as nerve injury, infection and bleeding as well as needing more time to heal.
Brad was wearing gray jeans, a black hoodie, sunglasses, a face mask, and white sneakers as his bodyguard wheeled him away after dental surgery. Hopefully he’ll have time to heal before he steps on stage as a presenter at the Academy Awards on April 25, where he’ll join superstars like Harrison Ford, Halle Berry and Reese Witherspoon.
As for why a bodyguard rather than Angelina Jolie was the one to pick up Pitt after surgery? The couple reportedly remain estranged as their courtroom war continues.
Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie Custody News Update
Brad and Angelina have six kids total, and their divorce has turned into a seemingly endless series of allegations on both sides. Together for more than 10 years, Pitt and Jolie appear to be set to spend another decade in figuring out their divorce.
At this point, Pitt reportedly feels “heartbroken” over the news from Angelina’s side that both the actress and the kids will testify to spousal abuse allegations during the custody war exchanges.
“Brad and his camp have never attacked Angelina,” pointed out an insider. “But his camp feels this leak was calculated to sway opinion ahead of the conclusion of their trial.”
Recently, Jolie submitted new court papers that she and the kids will provide “proof and authority in support” of the allegations. The proof, based on the documents, will include “testimony of minor children,” according to the court documents.
The couple’s children include Maddox, 19, Pax, 17, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 14, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 12.
“If Angelina has more documentation to prove domestic violence towards her or the children, she can submit it as a supplemental offer to prove in trial,” explained family law expert and Ideal Legal Group, Inc. founder Evie P. Jeang.
