Britney Spears Feuds With Kelly Clarkson On Instagram: Here’s Why!

Britney Spears Instagram followers know that the pop music queen never hesitates to write exactly how she feels. And in true Britney style, Spears just shared her feud with Kelly Clarkson. However, some fans sided with Kelly.

Britney Spears – Battles Kelly Clarkson Via Instagram

Kelly Clarkson‘s orbit of country music and talk show hosting doesn’t seem to have anything in common with Britney Spears’ world of pop song stardom. But Britney didn’t let that stop her from launching an attack on Kelly via Instagram. And Spears focused on an interview that Clarkson gave in 2007, noted OK magazine.

Turning to her Instagram, Britney wrote, “I don’t forget. Don’t you just wish she would say she’s kidding ??? Clarkson … in a world where bullying has been heartbreaking, I’ve had my share. Can we get an AWW ✍️✍️✍️ ??? P.S. I’m not kidding … play on friends, play on !!!””

Spears also questioned why others did not discuss the situation. And she asked, “Is it such a hard topic for people to talk about ??? I’m the one who went through it !!!!” However, Britney did express appreciation to her supporters. “All the supporters who spoke up and supported me thank you,” she added. “Yes I do matter !!!!!”

Britney Spears – Gets Response From Kelly Clarkson Fans

Typically, when the pop singer shares emotionally on Instagram, fans rush to share their support. But Britney Spears’ followers switched sides in her feud with Kelly Clarkson. For instance, one wrote, “Brit, I love you and i know you’ve been silenced for literally 13 years. But Kelly Clarkson had absolutely no bad intentions. Please don’t attack the wrong people.”

And another agreed. “How twisted this is when people defended you…called them a bully whilst the jerks hosts were not called out. Watch the whole interview for god sake! Kelly was defending you,” insisted the supporter of Clarkson. And another chimed in, “Gurl don’t come after my girl Kelly like that… she has defended you before…. She means no harm to you.”

The interview in question focused on Britney’s Blackout album. Spears dropped the music during her divorce from Kevin Federline. “Man, but wouldn’t it be funny if she’s just totally screwing with everyone?” asked Kelly. “Cause it’d be real funny if she were like, ‘just kidding!’ I mean, think about it. She’s done no press for her album, which I love by the way.”

But that year marked many challenges for Spears. She became infamous for incidents such as shaving her head and slamming a photographer using an umbrella. Britney also has previously slammed others who said anything that she interpreted as negative. For instance, Spears slammed Christina Aguilera.
