Britney Spears has gone from delighting her fans with her Instagram photos to baffling them. It could just be that in the singer’s desire to prove that she was, as her song title says, “Born To Make You Happy,” she’s going too far… Or it might be that Spears is seeking to give her social media followers only intriguing glimpses of the real Britney.

Britney Spears Baffles Fans With Instagram Pics

Clad in a see-through black lace top with bold red fingerless gloves as a contrast, Britney captioned the photo, “RED IS HERE.”

And as one Instagram follower wrote, “Use me as the “I don’t understand” button.”

Others expressed concern that Spears is trapped, trying to communicate with her followers but not sure how.

“Mention a fruit in [your] next post if [you are] not ok,” pleaded one such worried fan.

Another Instagram photo that confused and concerned fans showed Britney dancing alone at 2 a.m. Once again, Spears was wearing red, but this time, her caption had some coherency.

“RED 💋💋💋 !!!! Britney wrote on her Instagram post, adding, “I was feeling wild dancing to @aerosmith at 2am last night.”

One fan asked, “Honey, are you ok?”

Others appeared to be convinced that Spears remains victimized by others, unable to do as she wants, in a reflection of the “Free Britney” movement.

“Maybe this is what Rapunzel did while locked away in the castle,” speculated one such follower.

Britney Spears Posts Throwback Pic to Celebrate Sister’s Birthday With Justin Timberlake!

But not all Britney Spears’ photos were so worrisome. Britney celebrated her sister Jamie Lynn Spears’ 30th birthday with a cute throwback pic on her Instagram photo.

“Happy belated birthday to this beautiful soul 🎂🎂🎂 !!!” wrote the 39-year-old on the caption for the post.

The photo featured Britney’s ex Justin Timberlake, the singer herself, and Jamie Lynn.

“I love you so much and damn it I wish I was as smart as you at 30 !!!!” gushed Britney. “It’s weird to say that I was basically your momma when you were younger and yes I’m still older but your soul is and always has been wise !!!!”

Spears also described herself as “truly and genuinely inspired by your path and the life you have created for your beautiful children,” adding that she is “so f**king proud to call someone as beautiful inside as you my sister !!!!”

And in a charming glimpse back through the two sisters’ lives, Brtieny recalled, “We play wrestled at home (such classy Southern chicks) 🐣🙄😹🤷🏼‍♀‍🤷🏼‍♀‍ and you put me to the floor in literally two seconds after I gave all my might 😜😜😜😹😹😹 … I’ll never forget it !!!”
