Are things so bad for Britney Spears and her paranoia that she’s sleeping with a knife? That’s what one report seems to suggest as apparently the pop star’s bizarre behavior is even chasing off her husband, Sam Asghari. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

According to the latest edition of The Globe, Britney Spears might have her freedom now that she’s no longer under her father Jamie Spears’ conservatorship, but deep down inside she’s worried that she might be put back under court-ordered control.

And that feeling has certainly done a number on her mental health as she’s been supposedly obsessed with knives that has triggered some dread and panic amongst her family and her closest friends.

A new documentary even says that Britney lives under so much fear that she sleeps with a knife under her pillow just because she has no idea what will happen to her at any given time.

Plus, she doesn’t want to go back to the life that she was forced to live under her father’s rule for over 14 years. To make matters worse, her husband Sam Asghari is totally freaking out over all of this, too.

One source close to the situation even said, “He loves her and wants so badly to make this work, but the situation is rapidly becoming unbearable, even for a tough guy like him. It’s horrific.”

If that weren’t enough, it seems like Britney is also refusing to get any help. She’s gotten plenty of therapy in the past and believes that no of it has helped her, either.

The insider also said, “She swears there’s nothing wrong with taking precautions, and all this fuss about knives and not sleeping is totally exaggerated. It’s no wonder Sam’s living elsewhere.”

So far Britney herself has not made any comments about the matter. That said, it will be interesting to see just how long her marriage will last to Sam. That, and her freedom, especially with the way things are going. Watch this space.
