Bruno Mars Allegedly Suffering Under A Massive Gambling Debt

If certain sources are to be believed, Bruno Mars apparently loves being a billionaire so much so he’s ready to gamble away the millions he rightfully earned. Bruno Mars – Owes Millions To MGM Las Vegas, Source Claims

Bruno Mars may owe millions, but he is far as from being broke as an actual broke person is from his millionaire status. However, his finances at the moment are reportedly not too thrilling.

It is the truth that once upon a time he supported himself by being a professional poker player, but he’s since made a name for himself by being one of the most influential artists of his time.

Bruno Mars Allegedly Suffering Under A Massive Gambling Debt

In fact, in July 2018, Forbes announced that Mars was America’s highest-paid musician of 2017, with an estimated total of $100 million. So yeah, the guy is loaded.

Business is beginning to turn a bit sour as a source claimed to NewsNation that MGM, a hospitality giant, is not happy with Mars because of the debts he’s piling up at the poker tables in Los Vegas .

“He owed millions to the MGM,” the Vegas source said, with another claiming that the debt is as high as $50 million.

“[MGM] basically own him. He makes $90 million a year off of the deal he did with the casino, but then he has to pay back his debt,” the source said, adding that the “Uptown Funk” hitmaker makes an eye-watering $1.5 million per night after taxes.

Part of the deal with MGM is said to have included the creation of The Pinky Ring, a cocktail lounge inside the Bellagio Resort. However, there’s another project in the works.

In one of his old interviews with GQ, Mars talked about the first time he entered a casino aged 19 and placed a bet. He said: “I remember my first bet, my hand was shaking, and a guy called me out on it and embarrassed me.” He then recalled losing a couple hundred dollars he couldn’t afford to lose at the time, adding, “You gotta lose. You just have to lose to win, to understand.”
