Sex And The City News: Will Sex And The City Be More Diverse?

The Sex and the City reboot was announced last week. The reboot takes place more than two decades after the series debut. There will be ten episodes on HBO Max with three of the four stars: Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis. Missing will be regular Kim Cattrell.

Sarah confirmed that Kim Cattrell, who played Samantha Jones, is not returning for the revival but claimed there are no hard feelings between them.

“No. I don’t dislike her,” she said, addressing numerous rumors that the two actresses feuded in the past. “I’ve never said that. Never would. Samantha isn’t part of this story. But she will always be part of us. No matter where we are or what we do,” she told a fan who brought Kim up on Instagram.

They all know they will forever be linked to the show and each other but they also know when it is time to move on and now is that time.”

The original Sex and the City series ran for six seasons from 1998 until 2004 and there were two feature films in 2008 and 2010. What do you think fans, will we be seeing Caitlyn Jenner on Sex and the City—tell us what you think!

Hell NO! No one can ever replace Kim Cattrell and I'd rather see her character eliminated than replaced with Caitlyn who's not even the least bit attractive. Seriously what are you thinking????? Hasn't LBGT been crammed down our throats enough, now this!!!!!
