The images revealed Cara barefoot at one point, then wearing only socks but no shoes at another. And she looked jittery, behaving erratically, according to Page Six.

The strange scenario began when paparazzi photographed Cara with her feet hanging out the window of a car. After the driver got the 30-year-old to the Van Nuys Airport, the Carnival Row actress seemed agitated, according to observers. Cara reportedly was two hours late for a trip on Jay-Z’s private jet.

Wearing yellow socks but no shoes, Delevingne sported a Britney Spears T-shirt and black joggers with green, yellow and red stripes. Cara’s dog, Alfie, accompanied her. However, after the supermodel and the dog boarded the plane, she got off 45 minutes later. Cara then took the dog for a walk and called someone.

The supermodel’s staff reportedly talked to airport personnel. As a result, Cara’s bags got taken off the plane. And she then returned to the same SUV in which she had arrived. The entire procession then left the airport.

In the wake of such troubling sightings, Cara’s family allegedly have began considering an intervention. They reportedly worry that the supermodel needs professional help, insiders told the Daily Mail. And sources described Delevingne as partying excessively.

Signs that Cara may need an intervention include multiple odd appearances in public, according to the insiders. Her jittery and unkempt appearance at the airport combined with other sightings have increased concern. For instance, Cara reportedly sat alone in a parked car, smoking a pipe, in one of the troublesome appearances. The supermodel also allegedly devoted days to partying at Burning Man. And during that time, Cara reportedly did not eat or bathe.

Once known as one of the rising stars in the supermodel world, Delevingne now seems like a troubled girl in need of help. And an insider admitted that her friends feel “incredibly concerned. The situation has been building for a few weeks now,” shared the source. 

“And Cara’s family is involved,” noted an insider. As a result, those close to the supermodel have talked about “staging some kind of intervention and making sure Cara gets the help she may well need. She has been burning the candle at both ends of late,” added the source. “And it’s clearly taking its toll.” Delevingne’s father, wealthy property developer Charles Delevingne, and his wife Pandora reside in England. Cara’s three siblings include Poppy Delevingne, a well-known socialite.
