Cardi B ‘HITS’ fan With Microphone For Touching Her

The “Be Careful” singer is no longer issuing warnings, she’s taking actions now. While fans often go scot-free for grabbing celebrities when they’re performing, Cardi B is saying “uhhuhh, nah, we don’t do that here, definitely not on my watch, or, as is the case, on me.”

Seems like the concept was destined to Trigger Cardi’s anger. I was going to wait a while before letting you guys in on this but, let me spill a little; before Cardi B hit the fan with her mic for touching her, she had previously lashed out at another fan for grabbing her microphone. Having said that, hold on to it because we will revisit this story soon.

Cardi B — How The Touching Happened

Moments after the above information happened, Cardi B struck a fan with her microphone for touching her.

Here goes, in a video recorded during her set at the Wireless Festival in London, England, and posted on TikTok, Cardi B was hoisted onto the shoulders of a security guard as she attempts to connect with the audience that came to the concert.

Cardi was rapping the verses of her 2017 hit “Bodak Yellow” while her guard attempts to keep her out of the grasping admirers. At a point she pumps her fist into the air, allowing her fans to finish out the chorus when one concertgoer apparently got a little too close.

The video clip showed how Cardi B stopped her performance abruptly, adjusted her microphone, and fiercely swung it at the unseen/unknown fan. The concertgoer is below the crowd line so there is no way to know if the hit connected or not.

Fans on TikTok rushed to the comment section to give their take on the rapper’s rowdy reaction.

One TikToker commented: “AS SHE SHOULD.” Another jokingly added, referencing Cardi’s hit singles as well as her microphone swing, “you don’t miss” followed by several laughing emojis.

A third fan wrote, “getting hit with a mic is crazy”. While a fourth person commented: “Cardi always [proves] why she’s the queen of hip-hop.”

Moments before the fans attempted groping, Cardi reared back and swung at another concertgoer who tried to take her rapper’s microphone. The video depicts Cardi B pulling her mic away from the hands of a grabby fan. She takes several jabs at the attempted thief before she continued reciting the words of her song.

Apparently, other fans in attendance thought Cardi’s violent reaction was justified, as after both incidents the crowd roared into chants of “Cardi”. After the performance was over, a clearly frustrated Cardi B rushed backstage while giving a few fans a friendly wave.
