Channing Tatum Gives Friendship Update About His and Sandra Bullock’s Daughters

Hollywood news and updates tease that Channing Tatum opened up about the cute friendship between his daughter, Everly, and Sandra Bullock’s daughter, Laila, following their school feud.

Channing Tatum rose to fame when he landed the role of Tyler Gage in 2006’s movie, “Step Up.” He also danced his heart out when he starred in the blockbuster hit movie, “Magic Mike,” in which he worked with Joe Manganiello and Matthew McConaughey. Last 2010, he touched the hearts of many when he portrayed the role of John Tyree in a Nicholas Sparks-based romance movie, “Dear John.”

Last 2006, after filming his romantic dance drama film, Tatum started dating his costar, Jenna Dewan. Three years later, the two tied the knot and shared their only bundle of joy, Everly. However, their romance only lasted for ten years after calling it quits last November 2019.

Channing Tatum and Sandra Bullock previously shared their first encounter in the principal’s office when their daughters involved themselves in a fight. The two A-list celebrities worked together in a romcom movie, “The Lost City,” alongside Daniel Radcliffe. “We met through drama in the principal’s office at preschool,” Bullock told The New York Times.

“We were called in together because Everly and Laila were trying to alpha the other one out, and we prayed it was the other’s child that caused the damage,” she continued. However, the two girls have already let go of their past commotion when they bonded in the Dominican Republic, where Tatum and Bullock filmed the movie.

During his recent experience with Vanity Fair’s Lie Detector Test, the 42-year-old actor shared about the blossoming friendship of Everly and Laila. “They love each other now, literally can’t like get enough of each other. They just want to hang out all the time,” he said.

In other news, the father-of-one expressed his heart out when asked about his movie, “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra.” When he was asked to star in the movie, Tatum got excited and hoped to portray the role of Snake Eyes. However, the moment turned sour when he got the lead character. According to the actor, the script was badly written, leading him to turn it down seven times.

“The first one, I passed on seven times, but they had an option on me and I had to do the movie,” Tatum stated. He also revealed that he doesn’t want to be part of the sequel, so requested to be killed in the first ten minutes of the movie. “Look, I’ll be honest. I f**king hate that movie, I hate that movie,” he continued.
