Chelsea Belle O’Donnell is the daughter of Rosie O’Donnell, and she’s been arrested and charged with shocking child neglect and multiple drug offenses. The charges involving her 11-month-old child include two misdemeanors and three felony counts. Read on to find out more details.

Well, Rosie had experience with children and challenges as Chelsea seemed like a troubled adopted child. 

Rosie O’Donnell, who recently claimed that she’s like a sister to the Menendez Brothers is very worried about them needing some therapy. But now, it seems that her daughter, Chelsea could use some after her arrest and shocking allegations. 

Evidence Against Chelsea O’Donnell On Drug & Child Neglect

InTouch Weekly reported that Chelsea, who lives with her boyfriend, “Jacob Nelund” came to the attention of the police several times. After a “911” call, they arrived at their home, and allegedly, the place was the pits. Citing the arresting officer, the outlet noted:

The inside of the home was disgusting; throughout the house I saw rotten food, dirty moldy dishes, milk that stunk so bad it almost made me puke, dirty diapers, used female hygiene products, unclean underwear with feces and blood stains and used razor blades on the floor.

Worse, the 11-month-old baby was in a room where the cops allegedly found that Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter had left “numerous used hypodermic needles.” Plus, they felt concerned about a “meth pipe ‘that a small child could have easily grabbed.” Other allegations arrived of Chelsea trying to hide drugs in various body places.

Rosie, who allegedly wants back in on The View sans Whoopi Goldberg might not be surprised that Chelsea ended up being found with a possible “meth cooking setup.” On bail, police later alleged that at a stop, they also found “Oxycodone, Morphine Sulfate pills and Hydrocodone.” The outlet noted that in 2015, Rosie O’Donnell’s rep claimed that Chelsea went missing and had “mental health issues.”
