For more than 12 months, Chris Evans lived up to his Marvel movie reputation by keeping his romance undercover. But thanks to some sharp-eyed paparazzi, the first PDA pics just went viral. As a result, Evans and his girlfriend Alba Baptista made their romance paparazzi-official, noted Page Six.

The actor, 41, and actress, 25, held hands as news spread that the two enjoyed secret dates for more than a year. But they tried to avoid paparazzi as they strolled through Central Park. Holding onto each other, they wore sunglasses and face masks.

And the paparazzi pics show that the two opted for casual street style on their stroll. For instance, Evans chose a black shirt, black hat, and grey sweatpants. And Baptista kept it cheerful with red leggings and a tan turtleneck sweater.

However, when Baptista spied the paparazzi, she and her Captain America boyfriend lowered their heads, dropped hands, and rushed out of the park. But an insider spilled the tea on their romance. And the source shared that they truly believe that their love will last.

“They are in love and Chris has never been happier. His family and friends all adore her,” added the insider. And Evans himself gave away the romance on Alba’s Instagram recently. After she promoted her movie, “A Dream In Paris,” Chris left clapping hands and melting face emojis on his girlfriend’s Instagram post.

But Evans, recently named the Sexiest Man Alive, reportedly appreciates Baptista for more than her acting skills and beauty. For instance, the actress speaks five different languages. And she also works extensively in volunteering for humanitarian work at an orphanage in Cambodia.

Chris Evans Feels Age Provides Advantage In Romance

However, some have criticized the new couple for their 16-year age difference. But Evans believes that age gives him an advantage in the world of romance. And he pointed out those benefits in a recent interview.

At 41, Chris feels he has spent “a lot of time learning what’s been helpful and what hasn’t been,” he reflected. And he noted, “We all have patterns, hang-ups or baggage that repeat and echo.” As a result, the actor feels he has succeeded identifying “where I need improvement and what works.” For instance, Evans has learned that knowing when and how to say “I’m sorry” holds a critical role in maintaining healthy relationships.
