Christina Aguilera Shares 40-Lb Weight Loss Diet, EastEnders Star Loses 21 Inches On Same Food Plan!

Celebrity weight loss winners Christina Aguilera and Martine McCutcheon have just gone viral for sharing their diet successes. And the EastEnders star revealed exactly how she lost a total of 21 inches from her body.

But Christina actually followed a similar diet as Martine to shed an impressive 40 pounds. Find out how the Love Actually movie star and former The Voice coach/songstress achieved their respective weight loss successes.

After losing 21 inches total from her body, EastEnders and Love Actually actress Martine McCutcheon has transformed herself. And the actress revealed the weight loss diet she used to lose 21 inches from her body via the Mirror.

The former EastEnders star, 47, also shared that she has struggled with health issues. For instance, Martine battles Lyme disease, chronic ME and fibromyalgia. As a result, the Love Actually film star wanted a food plan to enhance her health while boosting her weight loss.

And the EastEnders actress feels the need “to encourage women to just be the best version of themselves.” That includes using a diet that promotes health. And for Martine, that means a food plan that requires featuring plenty of vegetables in each meal.

However, the Love Actually actress also turns to fruit for snacks. And she explained, “For 80 per cent of my week, I will mainly have just healthy proteins, vegetables and fruit, organic and veggie juices, and Flora spread.”

And Christina Aguilera just shared her own pride in losing 40 pounds. The former coach on The Voice, 43, stunned fans amid her Las Vegas residency opening. And Christina revealed that she achieved her goal of becoming strong and slim while still boasting a booty via the Daily Mail.

But the songstress worked hard for her new body. And Aguilera shared that she lost 40 pounds by eating about 1,600 calories daily on the Rainbow Diet. That food plan, like Martine’s diet, features plenty of vegetables and fruits while eating clean.

However, rather than sticking to an extremely strict diet, Christina aims to eat more whole, plant-based foods and fewer processed, sugary treats. And the songstress also exercises. Her favorite fitness workouts include yoga, boxing, strength training, and cardio. 

But Aguilera also revealed that she seeks to ignore criticism of her body. And instead, the singer focuses on feeling good about herself. “I’ve been through my highs, I’ve been through my lows,” admitted Christina. “I’ve been through the gamut of all things in this business. Being too thin. Being bigger. I’ve been criticized for being on both sides of the scale.”
