While at the debut for her new documentary, which is aptly named ‘Melania,’ the First Lady of the United States name checked her entire family, including her sister when she said, “To my son Barron, my sister Ines, my father Viktor Knauss, and my mother who is watching down from Heaven – your love is the powerful force that propels me forward!”

But here’s the thing: Ines was nowhere to be seen at the movie premiere, prompting some people to wonder if she had been iced out completely.

Then again, Ines also wasn’t at the Trump inauguration back in 2025 or in 2017 for that matter.
Ines could have easily been there, but then again, no one would really know. Ines, who shares her sister’s beauty, would rather not make headlines if she doesn’t have to.

Because of this, some people are even surprised that Melania has a sister as she is never mentioned. However, she does have an open Instagram account where she often posts family photos from the past.

But then again, Ines also wasn’t pictured at her mother’s funeral back in 2024 as well. Now, there are no reports that say she wasn’t there, but that she simply kept such a low profile that no one saw her at all.

What’s Really Going On With Melania’s Mysterious Sister?

Then again, there’s always the possibility that Ines just wants to keep her private life as private as possible.

According to the Daily Mail, Ines does talk to her sister on a daily basis and is also very close to her nephew, Barron Trump. But she just doesn’t want to be in the limelight if she doesn’t have to.

Now, whether or not the public will ever see Ines Knauss with her famous sister or in public for that matter remains to be seen. She’s already made it pretty clear that she prefers to live a very private life, despite the fact that her sister is the First Lady of the United States.
