When you hear the word serial entrepreneur, think of our dear old Dolly Parton. This woman has launched more businesses than some cities do in ten years.

Apart from her business ventures, she’s also launched her very own Dolly-flavored icecream, a country music inspired book with bestselling author James Patterson, a runway for pets, and so much more.

Her latest business, however, bears a lot of semblance to the country legend’s personality through the years and fans couldn’t be more excited for it.

On Aug. 22, Dolly Beauty will officially launch. The “Jolene” hitmaker shared the good news on Aug. 14 with a picture of the soon-to-be launched collection in front of a vanity mirror. The lipsticks came in a range of colors and their coverings sparkled so brightly that they’re a beauty all on their own.

“I feel glamorous on the inside, so I want to look like it on the outside… something is coming @dollybeauty,” she captioned a picture of herself holding up one of the lipsticks in the collection in front of a mirror. The post was shared on the newly opened Instagram page for the brand.

The brand will officially launch with a four-lipstick capsule, with the shades coming in bright red, a mauve, a nude and a deep purple shade, with the name tags Jolene Red, Honey Plum, Rosebud and Birthday suit.

The lipstick bullets come with a signature butterfly stamp and will reportedly retail at $20. Even though they’re expected to hit stores in 2025, you can shop them online before the end of this month.

Through the years, Parton has been very open about her relationship with makeup, even comparing coming out in public with a makeup-free face to “death.”

“I’d find ways to create my own makeup with pokeberries and stuff that grew wild in the fields. I think all people that grow up in the mountains learn how to improvise with what you don’t have,” she said. “I would strike Mama’s old kitchen matches to make eyebrows and my beauty mark. Still, I find myself mixing and matching different makeups for different colors.”

Apart from the makeup, Parton has partnered with Lodge to launch cast iron products for your kitchen.
