Dreadful New Details Revealed About Brad Pitt In Papers Filed By Ex Angelina Jolie

More details are still coming out regarding a nightmarish time the Jolie-Pitt family allegedly had en route to California due to Brad Pitt’s violent behavior towards them in September 2016.

According to the court documents, Brad Pitt didn’t only abuse Angelina Jolie but their kids as well. At this point, it’s no wonder that Jolie fought to have the kids testify in court if it means keeping them safe from Brad Pitt.

Since their separation, Jolie and Pitt have been battling it out over child custody. The custody battle keeps dragging on and just when you thought that a decision has been made and there’s that for the court battle, a new evidence emerges and the whole thing starts again.

Outside of child custody, the warring exes are going to court over a French winery they once owned together. Angelina Jolie countersued Brad Pitt as part of the ongoing legal battle over her sale of her share of the winery business Château Miraval to a third party, instead of selling it to Brad Pitt.

At the time that Pitt launched legal action to keep her from selling her share in the wine business, Jolie’s team said that “the parties’ divorce altered the parties’ ability to work together as business partners.”

In Jolie’s countersuit documents, the 47-year-old described Brad Pitt’s behavior on a private plane ride in 2016 as abusive. It was also that incident that led to the dissolution of their marriage.

In the court filing in Los Angeles, lawyers for Ms. Jolie stated that negotiations to sell her share of the business to Mr. Pitt couldn’t pull through because “a nondisclosure agreement that would have contractually prohibited her from speaking outside of court about Pitt’s physical and emotional abuse of her and their children.”

The filing then goes on to describe a circumstance, which Pitt allegedly wants her to keep mute about, when Pitt got verbally and physically abusive as he, Jolie, and their six children flew from France to California. “Pitt choked one of the children and struck another in the face” and “grabbed Jolie by the head and shook her,” the filing states, adding that at one point “he poured beer on Jolie; at another, he poured beer and red wine on the children.”

The incident was investigated by federal authorities with jurisdiction over flights but they decided not to slam Pitt with criminal charges. Days after the plane trip, Jolie filed for divorce.

In response to Jolie accusing Brad Pitt of being abusive, Pitt’s divorce lawyer, Anne Kiley, said that the star will not take responsibility for the allegations since it never happened.
