Elon Musk – Named In Daughter’s Petition To Disown Billionaire Dad!

Not everyone wants a billionaire for a father. Soon after one of Elon Musk’s children turned 18, she filed a petition to disown her father. That petition also sought to legally change her gender and name, per People.

The court documents show that Xavier Alexander Musk wants to legally make her name Vivian Jenna Wilson. In addition, Vivian requested that her gender get recognized as female. And she also asked for a new birth certificate that would show her gender change and new name. As a result of the petition, Elon’s daughter explained her reasoning. 

And Musk’s child emphasized her desire to disown her billionaire dad. “Gender Identity and the fact that I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form,” stated Vivian in the petition. The name change reflects that of Vivian’s mother, Justine Wilson.

Elon Musk – Comments On LGBT Community Before Daughter Disowns Him!

In the wake of the petition, questions arose about Musk’s relationship with his gender. And because of her gender change petition, Elon’s previous comments on the LGBT community came to light, per TMZ. However, neither father nor daughter reportedly made any remarks about their relationship or her gender.

But in December 2020, Elon did make a questionable comment about the LGBT community. And on Twitter, he claimed to support the transgender community. But then the billionaire complained, “All these pronouns are an esthetic nightmare.”

Vivian and her twin brother Griffin’s mother Justine Wilson tied the knot with Elon Musk in 2000. The couple divorced in 2008. Recently, Justine turned to Twitter to comment on one of the five children she shares with Elon. However, she did not share which child made the comments.

"I had a weird childhood," my 18 year old said to me. "I can't believe I'm as normal-seeming as I am."

” ‘I had a weird childhood,’ my 18-year-old said to me,” wrote Justine on Twitter. And she added that the 18-year-old added, ” ‘I can’t believe I’m as normal-seeming as I am.’ ” Elon’s ex-wife then tweeted that she praised her child. “I said, ‘I’m very proud of you.'” And the child responded, “I’m proud of myself!”
