George And Amal Clooney Refusing To Hang Out With Brad Pitt’s New Girlfriend

It looks like George and Amal Clooney have clearly made up their mind about this one. There’s a new report that suggests the Hollywood couple is “freezing out” Brad Pitt’s new girlfriend, Ines De Ramon.

That’s mostly because Ines is so young and not really the kind of person that the Clooneys often hang out with in their circle of friends. Here’s what you need to know.

Brad Pitt has made it no secret that he has been smitten with the 30-year-old brunette beauty even though there’s almost a twenty year age gap between them. And now according to The Globe, sources say that Brad would love to take Ines out on a double date with George and Amal, but apparently the Clooneys are giving him the cold shoulder about it.

One source close to the situation says that Brad has been spending a lot of time in France lately and would love to take Ines to visit the Clooneys in Lake Como, but George hasn’t been responding to his texts about it.

The insider told the publication that while George and Brad used to be super close friends, “they’ve really drifted apart in recent years. They have little in common anymore and the Clooneys are pretty skeptical about his various romances. Amal prefers spending time with intellectual, non-Hollywood types – though she and George do make time for Julia Roberts and selected others.”

The tipster added, “But Brad’s not checking those boxes anymore, even though George hasn’t totally closed the door on the occasional hangout down the line. He wants to know Brad’s new romance is the real deal before extending any double date offers though.”

Apparently, the Clooneys felt this same way about Angelina Jolie when Brad was still married to her. The source continued that Brad is “sure Ines would be a big hit if he and Amal just gave her a chance. But he’s not going to sit around and beg. If the Clooneys want to be snooty then he figures there are plenty other buddies they can hang with. It’s just sad and a missed opportunity.”

So far Brad Pitt himself has not made any comments about the matter, but at this point it’s doubtful that he will.
