George Clooney Concurs With Brad Pitt That He’s One Of The “Most Handsome Men”

The question is, who wouldn’t? Of course, everyone will jump to the fact that they are the most this or the most that as far as it’s a good compliment coming from a good place. If I call you the most beautiful/handsome, or intelligent person on earth, whether you believe it or not, you gotta accept it, you won’t honestly say you’re not, unless if low self-esteem is at play.

This is exactly what George Clooney did when he heard his paddy Brad Pitt mention him as one of the most handsome men presently.

So, here’s what happened: during an interview which Brad Pitt had with Vogue magazine on Wednesday, Sept. 21, Brad was asked to mention the men he thinks fit the title of the “Most Handsome Men In The World,” it’s no news that Brad himself fits the description very well but, excluding himself from the list was a humble move.

The Bullet Train actor began his response by describing the past before moving on to the present. For the past he mentioned the late Paul Newman because man wasn’t just extremely handsome, just as fine wine he aged well, and also according to Brad, Paul was a good man both in and out. “You know in the acting world because it’s my day job… the immediate go-to is Paul Newman, because he aged so gracefully. And by all reports [he was] a really special, giving, warm and truthful human being.”

Coming to the present, which is where we expected the Mr. & Mrs. Smith actor to point at himself as one of the most handsome men in the world, he mentioned his friend George Clooney as one of them, “If I was gonna name someone present, well I gotta name that George Clooney f–ker because why not? Because usually, I’m always taking him out, and he’s always taking me out. And this time, I’m gonna go the other way, just this once.”

George Clooney — George’s Response To Brad

George made an appearance with his wife Amal Clooney on CBS This Morning on Wednesday, Sept. 28, just a week after Brad’s interview with Vogue to share his thoughts on being called the “Most Handsome Man” by Brad. Just as I said earlier, Clooney concurred with Brad. George wasn’t even being coy with his response, he didn’t try to be humble about it, it was all shades of pride, George said “He’s right about that. Let’s face it. He’s right… I think the truth is… the first time he answered it, he said himself,” George joked of Pitt, 58. “And they said, ‘Maybe don’t say that. Do another take.'”

Remember Brad called George a “f_ker” two days later, George Clooney came to The Late Night Show to throw the word back at Brad, George said, “Well, I do have some things to say about him and it will include the word f—er in it, apparently, since he used that about me, I would say that I too think that I am the most handsome man in the world.”
