But rather than come to terms over Brady’s so-called un-retirement, the NFL star and supermodel reportedly escalated their war. However, sources claim that Tom still hopes that he can save his marriage.

“I never actually thought this argument would be the end of them,” admitted one insider. “But it looks like it is. I don’t think there will be any coming back now. They both have lawyers and are looking at what a split will entail, who gets what and what the finances will be.” Custody may also come into the discussions. Gisele and Tom share a daughter Vivian, 9, and son Benjamin, 12. They also co-parent the NFL star’s son from a prior relationship, 15-year-old Jack.
