Good Morning America’s Ginger Zee Hops On Instagram

Zee is never one to shy away from sharing what she thinks or how she feels. Recently, she posted her thoughts about ‘overtime’ on her Instagram Stories.

As per Monsters & Critics, Ginger Zee posted about the topic on her IG Stories. She noted that people need to “please” stop “glamorizing overworking”.

She goes on to say, “The absence of sleep, good diet, exercise, relaxation, and time with friends and family isn’t something to be applauded. Too many people wear their burnout as a badge of honor, and it needs to change.”

She makes some good points. With that said, everyday costs of housing and groceries have gone up, which means overtime is necessary for some households, but recharging your battery is needed, too!

Zee does have a busy work schedule with GMA, herself, often waking up in the wee hours of the morning to start her day.

However, she has stated to US Weekly that she often forecasts the night before so her next day at work won’t be overly stressful. It’s no secret that she has to wake up at 4 a.m. for her job, so preparing beforehand sounds like a productive idea.

Good Morning America’s Ginger Zee – No Trolls Allowed

Self-care doesn’t only include good sleep, eating well, exercising, and not overworking yourself, as Ginger Zee also encourages you to ignore social media trolls, who can get nasty at times.

She recently got grilled by trolls commenting on how short her skirts looked and how thick her thighs were on social media.

As such, the GMA host posted a video on Instagram, biting back at these people, stating how proud she is of her thighs.
