Great American Family: Danica McKellar & Neal Bledsoe Spend Christmas At The Drive-In

Exciting news for Danica McKellar and Neal Bledsoe fans as they reunite in Christmas at the Drive-In on Great American Family.

As we head closer to the Christmas season, Great American Family has just announced a new, original festive movie. Starring Danica McKellar (The Wonder Years, The Winter Palace) and Neal Bledsoe (The Man in the High Castle, The Winter Palace), the movie is titled Christmas at the Drive-in. Christmas at the Drive-in on Great American Family

The network announced the new festive movie, Christmas at the Drive-in on Wednesday, September 21. Meanwhile, former Hallmark star Danica McKellar isn’t just starring in the movie but is also an executive producer. This will be her first original Christmas movie since signing a multi-picture deal with Great American Family. Moreover, it also reunites McKellar with her co-star in the movie The Winter Palace, released in January.

The new holiday movie is set to air during the network’s Great American Christmas programming event, starting on October 21. Meanwhile, the event will feature more Christmas movies, playing all day and all night through to the end of 2022.

What is the movie about?

In the official synopsis for Christmas at the Drive-in, Sadie Walker (McKellar) has returned to her hometown of Chesterfield, New York. She is starting over, following a series of major life disruptions, including leaving her law practice after losing her biggest case. Meanwhile, she is also no longer engaged to her former fiancé.

Sadie now works as a law professor at Chesterfield College and has no interest whatsoever in pursuing her legal career. However, she finds herself fighting to preserve a much-loved local landmark, Chesterfield Drive-in.

Meanwhile, she is surprised to discover that her passionate effort to keep the drive-in open has strong opposition. It turns out the late owner’s son, and Sadie’s childhood sweetheart, Holden (Bledsoe) is dead against keeping it going.
