They might look like they are getting along in front of the cameras, but behind the scenes, it looks like it’s a totally different story. There’s a new report that suggests Gwen Stefani might be gunning for her The Voice co-star, Reba McEntire.

That’s because she’s none too pleased that Reba is taking over Blake Shelton’s coach’s chair on the hit reality television singing show. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

Is There A New Feud Going On Between Gwen Stefani And Reba McEntire?

According to the latest edition of The National Enquirer, it seems as though Gwen Stefani is none too pleased that her husband has been replaced by the queen of country. That’s because Reba is apparently already showing her Queen Bee status on the show.

One source close to the situation even put it this way, “Gwen is gunning for Reba. She’s looking for any opportunity to make sure Reba is crystal clear about who is the true star of the show now that Blake has finally left for greener pastures. She wants Reba to fall in line like everybody else.”

Now, whether or not that is actually going to happen is anyone’s guess at this point. As many fans probably know by now, Blake Shleton announced back in October that he was leaving the show after the 23rd season just because he wanted to get back in the studio and start recording new material himself.

And while there’s no doubt that Gwen certainly misses going to work everyday with her husband, she has decided to stay and do a seventh season of her own. But that also hasn’t stopped Gwen from trying to make a mark of her own on The Voice as well.

The insider added, ‘Blake has been the king of the coaches since the start of the show and Gwen saw his departure as a chance to really shine and take over the reins. Besides, if you ask her, Gwen thinks that she’s even a bigger star than Reba – even though true music fans would be hard pressed to agree.”
