However, at 53, Gwen herself has not shared any comments about those persistent pregnancy rumors. But Stefani’s silence hasn’t stopped her fans from speculating. As for Blake, so far playing stepfather to Gwen’s sons suits the 46-year-old country music crooner just fine. Stefani co-parents her sons 16-year-old Kingston, 14-year-old Zuma, and 8-year-old Apollo with her ex-husband Gavin Rossdale.

But determined fans first thought they spied a baby bump when Gwen sported a print mini dress on an episode of The Voice. And they headed to her Instagram to flood Stefani with questions. For instance, one of Gwen’s followers queried, “So you prego or what?” And the fan urged that Stefani avoid letting tabloids spill her baby news.

And one of Gwen’s Instagram videos also sparked baby bump rumors. Because Stefani donned an overly large sweatshirt to bake gingerbread cookies with Shelton, some fans jumped to the conclusion that she also had a bun in the oven. But so far, just the cookies have shown up on Gwen’s Instagram!

However, insiders allege that Gwen and Blake decided to try IVF. And they reportedly got successful after several failures. One source shared that Stefani felt determined to “give Blake his own child.” As a result, she allegedly “decided to give IVF another chance a few months ago.” But the success came after some tough times, claims the source.

“She’d get her hopes up after every round,” said the insider. And then Gwen would reportedly “get deflated when it didn’t happen. She was so desperate to have a baby with Blake that she put pressure on herself, which was a lot for him to deal with, too.”
