Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez famously enjoyed an on-again, off-again romance for years. But the singers eventually called it quits. And Bieber then turned to model Hailey Baldwin, eventually marrying her. However, rumors swirled that Hailey allegedly stole Justin from Selena. And now Hailey wants to respond to those claims, noted Page Six.

As a result of her desire to slam the claims, the model turned to the Call Her Daddy podcast to share her version of the truth. And Hailey expressed frustration that some of Justin’s fans keep shipping him with Selena. The Jelena shippers, as they’re known, keep insisting that the model stole Bieber from the songstress.

However, Call Her Daddy podcast host Alex Cooper gave Hailey the opportunity to discuss the past. And Cooper got very direct in questioning the model. “Were you ever with Justin romantically at the same time as [Gomez]?” asked the podcast host. “This is so crazy. I’ve literally never talked about this ever,” said Hailey.

Hailey Baldwin – Reveals How Hate From Selena Gomez Fans Impacted Her

However, the podcast also gave Hailey the chance to reflect on how she felt getting slammed for her romance with Justin And the model admitted that she suffered from getting taunted by Jelena fans. For instance, when Hailey went to the Met Gala, fans mocked her by chanting Selena’s name.

“A lot of the perpetuation and the hate comes from ‘Oh, you stole him.’ It’s about people knowing the truth,” said the model. “Because there’s a truth.” And the Call Her Daddy podcast will give Hailey the chance to point to the timeline showing when Justin dated Selena versus when Bieber dated his now-wife. 

“Enough time has gone by,” pointed out Hailey about the years that have passed since Selena and Justin split.  Gomez and Bieber officially broke up in 2018. And two months later, Justin proposed to Hailey. As a result, the model has pleaded with Selena’s fans to leave her alone. 

“I’m minding my business. I don’t do anything, I don’t say anything. Leave me alone, please,” begged Hailey. “I beg of you. Truly. That’s my only request. Be miserable somewhere else, please.”
