Hailey Bieber’s Skincare Line Faces Backlash For REFUSING To Reply To Customers

The skincare line “Rhode Skin” of the Victoria’s Secret model Hailey Bieber is currently under fire for its poor customer service. Hailey’s skincare brand “Rhode Skin” is really making waves and has been selling out since its inception in June 2022.

The brand has also been expanding and introducing new types of products. Just last month, on February 27 to be exact, the company launched a phone pouch that has a provision for Rhode lipgloss to be latched at the back.

Most recently, Rhode took to their official Instagram business page to promote their latest product which is a glazing body milk.

Amid the rapid growth and success of the brand, its customers don’t seem to be happy with the services they’ve been receiving.

They went under the post to share how their orders have been unattended for long, and demand that they get refunded. Someone wrote “Can you please answer my emails or messages? I’m really disappointed.”

Another added, “I have been waiting for an email response about my missing order.” The third customer angrily commented, “I placed an order three weeks ago still didn’t got any update on it! Where is my order???” And a fourth screamed, “Please check messages and emails!!!! You sent me the wrong products!!!”

Hailey Bieber — Critics’ Reactions To The Complaints

Although the fan page replied to all the complaints by telling them to check their direct messages for further details on how to resolve the issues, a critic took a screenshot of all the complaints and shared to an online thread where other critics shared their thoughts, and also put both Hailey and her company on blast.

One critic asked, “With all these complaints on their social media account, why are they still launching new products?” And another queried, “What kind of professional brand handles claims with insta DMs?” A third slammed, “It’s the same generic response on every comment for me.”

A fourth commenter saw that as an opportunity to throw in the ongoing drama surrounding the “divorce” rumor on the supermodel’s marriage with singer Justin Bieber. Their comment read, “She’s too busy responding to what people say about her and Justin.”

The comment referred to the 27-year-old’s attempt to put a stop to the divorce rumors when she posted on her Instagram earlier this month, “Just FYI the constant ‘blind items’ I see on TikTok are 100% of the time wrong. Made out of thin air… Come from the land of delusion… So I know it may be fun feeding into these stories but just know they’re always false…xx Sorry to spoil it.”
