Her workout attire was fuchsia leggings and a dark sports bra. Candace’s reason for posting the clip was clear — to show her followers that she does not look stunning while observing her workout routines.

The TV star said that every human has both extra fat and skin that comes in varying degrees. Thus, she either loses or gains five pounds monthly. Nonetheless, the 44-year-old still looks stunning for a mother of three children. She only wanted to remind everybody that not all workout positions will look breathtaking. Candace concluded her message by informing her followers to always seek growth in their endeavors rather than perfection.
