Lacey Chabert – Is More Than Happy To Revisit Her Breakout Role

The Hallmark Channel star, known for such roles as “Love, Romance, and Chocolate” and many others, is eager to relive her “Party Of Five” experience. The TV show was her breakout role and over 20 years later, the star is still lovingly looking back to her time in the Fox drama series, which ran for six seasons.

“I don’t know if there ever will be, but I would love that,” Chabert, 40, said on Good Day DC this Friday. “I am 100 percent [there]. Sign me up, I want to know what Claudia’s doing.”

In the series, Chabert played a sarcastic child music prodigy, Claudia Salinger, who is the four of five children who lost their parents in a car crash. Played by Matthew Fox, Scott Wolf, Neve Campbell, Jacob Smith and of course our very own Lacey Chabert, the children learn to care for each other while working together to keep their parents’ restaurant alive.

Lacey Chabert Still Wants To Know “What Claudia's Doing” 20 Years After “Party Of Five” Ended

Even though it’s been more than two decades on, Chabert revealed that people still see her and recognize her as that Salinger kid from “Party Of Five”.

“If I’m ever at a restaurant and there are five of us, and they’re like ‘party of five,’ it’s a little startling,” she joked. “People ask us that all the time, ‘Does that get old?’ “

“No, whenever you’re a part of any sort of project, you do it in the hopes that it’s gonna resonate with people and that people will love it and enjoy it. So, when people bring up projects that you’ve done years later, I think it’s a compliment,” Chabert added.

She described being on the show for “six years of my life” as giving her “a unique experience,” adding, “They’re a family to me. I think about who I am today and how so much of that is a result of that wonderful group of people, and we’re forever bonded and connected.”

Wolf, 59, also echoed the sentiment sometime in 2019.
