The ‘Home Improvement’ star is a repeat offender. In February, he was caught and arrested for DUI, and in October, he was taken into custody for the same offense.

According to the Custer County Sheriff’s Office in Oklahoma, Bryan was arrested on Friday, Oct. 25 at 8:34 a.m., for allegedly driving under the influence and carrying an expired license.

The 43-year-old’s arrest was also reported by The Oklahoman, local ABC affiliate KOCO News and Fox 23 News. Oklahoma Highway Patrol is yet to issue a public comment on the arrest.

Prior to this, he was arrested on Feb. 17 for DUI and contempt of court. He was released on a $65,000 bail that same day, with a court hearing set the following April.

However, in March, TVInsider reported that he has been charged with felony for having three or more priors within the last 10 years. If convicted, the star faces up to ten years in prison.

The two DUIs this year add to Bryan’s mounting legal issues in recent years, which include a July 2023 arrest for fourth-degree felony assault, third-degree robbery and harassment. He was ordered to spend seven days in jail.

He was sentenced to 36 months of “bench probation” and participation in the Bridges2Safety program. Months before, he was charged with a DUI in May 2020.

Prior to stepping away from acting in 2009, he’d starred in ‘First Kid’ and ‘The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift.’ He’s also made appearances in other movies like ‘Burn Notice,’ ‘Smallville,’ ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer,’ ‘ER,’ ‘The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’ and the ‘Knight Rider’ reboot.
