How Teresa Giudice Feels About Her Brother’s Comments On Her Marriage

Teresa Giudice is completely unhappy with the comments her brother Joe Gorga made concerning her marriage to her husband Luis Ruelas. It’s no secret that Teresa has been having issues with her brother Joe. It’s so serious that Joe didn’t find it worth his time to grace his sister’s wedding.

During an appearance in a special episode of Watch What Happens Live at BravoCon, the host Andy Cohen asked Joe’s wife Melissa Gorga if she thinks Teresa’s marriage with Luis will last more than Joe’s stand-up comedy career. Instead of Joe giving Melissa the room to answer the question, Joe chose to answer it himself.

To the shock of everyone present at the arena, Joe said “I’m gonna answer the question. My stand-up career, baby!”

After Joe’s comment went viral, and it became evident to those still in doubt that Joe’s feeling towards his sister’s marriage is that he doesn’t want the marriage to last, Teresa broke her silence on how Joe’s comment made her feel.

In a clip from an upcoming episode of Teresa’s podcast “Namaste B$tches” which Page Six exclusively obtained, Teresa revealed that she was “hurt” by the words Joe spilled at WWHL at BravoCon.

Teresa said, “That’s not my brother. Like, I don’t know who he is now, like, what kind of character he’s trying to play,” she went on to add “I was hurt by it. Luis was hurt by it. I mean, as everyone saw, he did not come to my wedding. That hurt us, and by what he just did at Bravocon, that’s very mean-spirited, very sad.”

Joe saying that he didn’t think Teresa’s marriage with Luis will last, is not the first time he has shown his lack of care where his sister’s marriage is concerned. Joe also expressed his lack of care when he said, “My thoughts on Teresa not signing a prenup is that it is her and Lou’s business, I don’t have any thoughts or comments on that.”

On Tuesday, Oct. 18, Teresa made an appearance on WWHL with Andy Cohen. There, a fan asked Teresa “We love you. We love you and Louie’s love. And I wonder, did you happen to follow uncle Andy’s advice and get a prenup?”

Well, to answer her question, Teresa kept it short and simple, she said “No. True love. True love, yes.” Now, remember that Andy had previously warned and advised Teresa on the importance of getting a prenup? Teresa’s answer didn’t seem to bother him anymore as much as it did the first time he heard it, Andy simply said, “All right. Personal decision.”

Teresa went on to recall how she was made to sign a prenup before marrying her ex-husband Joe. She said that at first, she didn’t want to go through with the idea, she even wanted to call off the wedding but her Italian mom who’s every bit old school advised her against it. Teresa said she finally agreed to sign a prenup only if they added that on grounds of infidelity the prenup is void – which they agreed to.
