An unidentified individual by the name of Jane Doe is suing the FBI for documents in the investigation involving Brad Pitt from years past. The incident of interest involves the altercation that took place back in 2016 involving Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s son Maddox on the family’s private jet. At the time Maddox was 15-years-old. He reportedly intervened in an argument between his parents, Angelina and Brad. Pitt reportedly lunged at his young son at the time. Jolie then filed for divorce. Now many are guessing Jane Doe is actually Angelina Jolie.

According to Politico, Jane Doe the filed the lawsuit in an effort to obtain the flight investigation after making several requests for the documents and receiving no response. Just before filing the lawsuit, Jane Doe asked a judge to allow her to remain anonymous. The woman’s lawyer Amanda Kramer cited the reason for concealing her client’s identity was because of the “impact on the privacy of her client’s minor children.”

Angelina Jolie – Could Angelina Jolie Be Building A New Case Against The FBI?

Finally, after a long drawn out custody battle that ended in 2018, Angelina Jolie was awarded sole and physical custody with Brad Pitt allowed therapeutic visits. Pitt has repeatedly attempted to appeal the decision but has not been successful. It appears as if Angelina Jolie, if she is in fact Joe Doe, is attempting to understand the situation further so that she can get her son the therapy he might need. She may also be looking to explain legal repercussions she can bring against the FBI since they closed the case without informing her. Brad Pitt was never charged in the incident.

Angelina Jolie – Jane Doe Looks To Better Understand The Incident

On behalf on her client, Amanda Kramer cited that Jane Doe is looking to secure the investigation files so that she can ”better understand the FBI’s investigation and obtain information necessary for her children to receive medical care and trauma counseling.”

Maddox, now an adult, testified against his father Brad Pitt in court during the custody hearings and has now removed the Pitt from his last name, going by Maddox Jolie.
