James Corden Banned & Unbanned – From Famous Restaurant Over Horrible Behavior

In recent years, restaurant goers who have had the chance to dine in the same restaurant and at the same time as James Corden have called him out for his rudeness to waiters and for how quickly he loses “his cool”.

But nothing has made waves compared to how quickly he was banned – and unbanned – from the restaurant chain Balthazar. Ladies and gentlemen, this is proof that a good apology still goes a long way, even in our 21st century.

Restaurant Owner Calls James Corden “the Most Abusive Customer”

James Corden is trending on Twitter and no, it is not for making another poorly thought out joke. Actually it is for infuriating restaurateur Keith McNally – who owns the highly acclaimed NYC restaurant Balthazar.

McNally savaged James Corden for being rude to his employees, calling him a “cretin of a man”.

“James Corden is a Hugely gifted comedian,” he began the Instagram post. “but a tiny cretin of a man.”

“And the most abusive customer to my Balthazar servers since the restaurant opened 25 years ago. I don’t often 86 a customer, to today I 86’d Corden. It did not make me laugh,” he continued, and proceeded to show evidences of how rude Corden had been to his staff in the past by sharing his manager’s notes.

Manager’s Notes Claims James Corden Was Aggressive To Staff Multiple Times

Comedian James Corden, 40, is allegedly a repeat offender of abusive behavior towards Balthazar waiters. We’ve always known he’s a foodie, we just didn’t know he lost it when his food isn’t made to match his particular taste.

The first reported offense happened in June, when James Corden booked him and his guys at table 61 in the restaurant. After their main course, it was said that Corden got a little aggressive and shouted, in a very nasty way, that “another round of drinks” be brought to his table this very second.

The next time Corden caused a commotion at the restaurant, he was dining out with his wife at table 301. The manager’s report stated that Corden’s wife “ordered an eye yolk omelette with gruyere cheese and salad. A few minutes after they received the food, James called their server M. K. and told her there was a little bit of egg white mixed with the egg yolk. M. K. informed the floor manager, G.”

The manager’s note went on to report that the kitchen remade the dish, but when it arrived, it came with home fries instead of salad. This was when Corden lost his cool and yelled that the waiter can’t do her job right. “Maybe I should go into the kitchen and cook the omelette myself!” he reportedly screamed.

At the end of the day, G was able to smooth things over with Corden, but M. K. was said to be shaken after the commotion.

This prompted Keith McNally to ban him from his multiple restaurants in the country. But when Corden called him and apologized “profusely”, McNally had a change of heart and admitted that he might have been too harsh. He also joked that all will be forgiven if Corden let him host his show for a few rounds.
