Jamie Dornan Recently Reflected On His Difficult Past Year.

Jamie, who was very close with his father up until the moment he passed away at age 73, recalled learning his positive attitude from his father who was “a beacon of positivity.”

Speaking about his late father, Dr. Jim Dornan, he shared: “Truly, you could search far and wide and it would be very hard to find something negative to say about my dad. He was a beacon of positivity — that is my overriding takeaway.”

“His kindness, his willingness to talk to anybody and everybody,” Jamie continued. “He used to say, ‘You treat the person who cleans the court the same as you treat the judge.’ Dad had time for everybody.”
