Jamie Spears Wants Some More Of Britney’s Money!

Do we have another Oliver Twist amongst us?? Hahaha, I guess human wants are indeed insatiable, or in this case, Jamie’s wants.

Jamie Spears lost the conservatorship battle to his daughter Britney Spears, now, to save his face, he’s suing Britney for making false claims during the #FreeBritney movement, he even wants a judge to force Britney to sit for a deposition. Hold on just a moment let me explain what I meant by Jamie’s wants being insatiable.

Come to think of it, it’s not enough that Jamie is suing his daughter Britney for most of the claims Britney made while she was fighting to get out of the conservatorship hold her father got her in, now, Jamie is pressing for Britney to pay his legal fees. The legal fees he incurred during the conservatorship case with his daughter.

We all know that legal fees cost nearly an arm and a leg, so it’s now clear that Jamie has found another way to extort money from his daughter. It seems Jamie wants to keep milking Britney’s bank account, and that, folks, is what I mean by Jamie’s wants is insatiable.

Jamie Spears’ – Lawyer Wants To Have Britney Depose

Jamie Spears’ attorney, Alex Weingarten says that Jamie Spears has every right to depose Britney because Britney is making unwanted claims about Jamie. “Britney’s counsel claims Britney is exempt from discovery obligations regarding her allegations of wrongdoing, but Jamie has a right to prepare his case and depose Britney, as she is the individual making unsupported claims against him.”

In the written form the lawyer also states that “She claims through her court filings and through her social media musings to know all kinds of information relating to her allegations of wrongdoing”

He claims that there are two scenarios, the first one “(Britney) has the knowledge about her allegations that she professes to have in court filings and on social media; or (2) has no such knowledge or support and simply believes that she can say whatever she wants in court and on social media regardless of whether her allegations are true.”

Britney Spears’ – Lawyer Isn’t A Pushover Either

Mathew Rosengart who is Britney’s lawyer comments that “Mr. Spears can run, but he cannot forever hide from his legal and fiduciary obligations,” Rosengart expressed in written form “After using his daughter’s money for more than 13 years to fund his legal fees and expenses, for the first time, Mr. Spears will now have to pay his own legal fees.”

When Jamie first issued the lawsuit to have Britney depose for making allegations against him, Britney’s lawyer Mathew Rosengart said, “Mr. Spears, who was ignominiously suspended by the Court in September, continues to disgrace himself, especially through this most-recent foolish and ill-advised filing, which is riddled with errors and falsehoods, as he himself knows.”

He added, “In addition to trying to bully his own daughter, he is now pathetically reduced to trying to intimidate her, while abusing the legal process and running and hiding from his own deposition. Anyone else would be ashamed by these tactics, but he and his representatives are truly shameless. In terms of ‘impugning his character,’ Mr. Spears did that to himself long ago.”
