Jennifer Aniston Says Adam Sandler Helps Pick Her Boyfriends

The “We’re the Millers” actress Jennifer Aniston and her “Murder Mystery” co-star Adam Sandler has a kind of mutual understanding between them.

They both know how well to look after each other even if it comes in the form of teasing. Recently, Aniston shared Sandler’s own way of looking out for her, and it’s not what you expect.

On Monday, March 20, the “Bounty Hunter” actress made an appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” and shared how the “50 First Dates” actor always admonishes her on her dating life.

“Well, if I get anything from him, it’s ‘What are you doing?’ Usually based on someone I’m dating. ‘What are you doing? What’s wrong with you?'” Said the actress while attempting to sound like Sandler does when speaking with her.

Meanwhile, the teasing goes both ways because Aniston recalled how she always tries her best to make sure Sandler’s dress sense is manageable but it always seems like her efforts were always futile.

She went on to reveal that she gave up on Sandler’s dressing style after Vogue named him their “Style Icon” in 2021.

However, she recalled an incident whereby she went out for dinner with Sandler and his wife, and while Sandler’s wife dressed to kill, Sandler’s outfit was nothing to write home about.

“Jackie looked beautiful in an eyelet dress. Her hair was done and he shows up in basketball shorts. Satin basketball shorts with white piping and Nike high tops. And turquoise velour Izod that had no relationship.”

Aniston says she no longer bothers Sandler about his fashion because, “Now he’s like, ‘Vogue said I was amazing like this,’ so thanks Vogue.”

Jennifer Aniston — Aniston Takes Care Of Sandler

The “Friends” alum and the “Grown Ups” actor have been friends for over a decade now. The two met when they were both 20 and 22 years old, and since then, they’ve been great friends.

Aniston told Fallon that Sandler is a kind soul who makes sure everybody is okay except himself. “I very much love to take care of him,” said Aniston.

“He’s so concerned with taking care of everybody else, which he really does but he doesn’t take care of himself.” Aniston went on to share how she “makes him smoothies” and other herbal medicine whenever Sandler gets sick.

“I have a little arsenal of herbs in my trailer and I make him smoothies when I can and give him all sorts of Chinese herbs when he is exhausted, I’m like the mobile pharmacy. Yeah, I’m the set medic.”

“When you meet back up with us, we’re not doing that great. So we get invited to a wedding of someone wonderful, and we need a vacation and that’s where our mistakes happen.”
