Jennifer Aniston Mocks TikTok For Fake Salad Recipe Amid Backlash Over Famous Parents!

Jennifer Aniston famously ate exactly the same salad for lunch during all her years on Friends. And the recipe for that salad as described by Jen’s real-life friend Courtney Cox repeatedly goes viral. However, Jennifer now claims that the TikTok version of that salad appears totally faked!

Jennifer Aniston Bashes TikTok For Faking Her Salad Recipe

Oh, the horror! Friends alum Jennifer Aniston has dared to claim that social media fibbed. And the allegations concern a recipe for her famously beloved salad. Jennifer discovered that the recipe had gone viral on TikTok. And she promptly mocked the fake salad ingredients, noted the Daily Mail.

However, Aniston did admit that she ate the same salad daily throughout filming the popular TV show. But after the actress, 53, viewed the viral recipe on TikTok, she mocked it. “Well, that salad, dare I debunk that? That’s not the salad that I had every day on Friends,” announced Jennifer.

And Aniston admitted she felt guilty about debunking it. However, she also shared that she would never eat that fake version! “I feel terrible because it’s literally taken off like crazy,” confessed Jennifer. “And it looks like a delicious salad, by the way. But that’s not the one that I had on Friends.”

The TikTok version consists of red onion, cucumber, pistachios, fresh parsley, fresh mint, and a can of chickpeas. But Aniston declared, “I would never have that much chickpea in a salad, to be honest. Not good for the digestive tract.”

However, while the Friends actress mocked TikTok, her followers got busy bashing her! Because of an interview in which Jennifer offered her views on Hollywood, Aniston got dubbed as out-of-touch, noted BuzzFeed. In that interview, Aniston discussed the era in which people became famous because of the Internet.

“Right at the time when the internet really shaped a new culture about people becoming famous. This thing of people becoming famous for basically doing nothing. I mean — Paris Hilton, Monica Lewinsky, all those,” said Jennifer. “More streaming services — you’re famous from TikTok, you’re famous from YouTube, you’re famous from Instagram. It’s almost, like, it’s diluting the actor’s job,” claimed Aniston.

However, viewers of her interview slammed the actress for omitting the fact that her parents (Nancy Dow and John Aniston) were famed as actors. As a result, some accused Jennifer of nepotism. And others felt that Aniston grew up in a privileged environment.

For example, one Twitter critic wrote, “Jennifer Aniston’s parents were both millionaire actors embedded in the film industry. Their connections allowed for Aniston to have the career that she has. Not trying to minimize what she did in her career,” added the commentator. “But I actually think some of this move away from industry elite is good.”
