According to Madame Noire magazine, the iconic Rachel Greene of Friends has a rare disorder called somnambulism or sleepwalking, which scared her several times, especially when she was still hitched to her now ex-husband, Brad Pitt.
“I set off our alarm once. I was outside. The alarm scared the s**t out of me and I woke up, and I was out by the pool equipment in the back. I don’t know what I was doing. I heard this yelling because Pitt was terrified. He hears the alarm and I’m not there!” Aniston shared.
She also once appeared on The Dr. Oz Show and received advice on how to improve her sleep, in which she has to avoid light from screens, bright lights in the house, and skip alcohol before going to bed.
